CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Out of respect for my schedule and other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hrs notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. * Last minute cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service * No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. * A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. * Arriving more than 5 minutes late may require rescheduling and may be treated as a no show cancellation and a fee will be applied. I understand that emergencies happen, one courtesy waiver may be given at my discretion. Thank you for respecting my time, my business, and the clients waiting for appointments.
